However when interrogating integration and a non-racial society, I observed and concluded that:

1. In a place where there is racial economic imbalance, sustainable and genuine racial intergration is not possible. I therefore agree with former President Mandela speech: if we are genuinely interested in ending the social order and bringing in a new one, characterized by the notions of justice and equity, it is quite obvious that the economic power relations represented by the reality of the excessive concentration of power in a few white hands have to change.    The Have Nots (mainly Black) will always be forced to assimilate: often forced to gestures and friendships they do to desire and bow down to the demands of the Have Lots: mainly Whites, Western culture and values, education system, English language, Individualistic culture and death of Ubuntu.

2. Integration is linked to economic survival, and if your nation, tribe has no economic price and value attached, in a capitalist and global world then you are stuffed. White people see no value in learning anything about Blacks because their economic survival in a capitalistic and free market state is not linked to immersing themselves with Black culture, values etc.

3. The West is crazy about learning Chinese Mandarin. The reason being that China and its people have now an economic price and value attach to them, and survival of the West is linked to China’s prosperity or doom. If you increase your nation or race economic power, you create a balanced playing field and that will force all sides to learn from each other and increase excellence. South African whites are not learning much about blacks because their economic survival is independent from black culture. If they do want to understand blacks it is only to make money out of them and not to embrace anything that is black.

4. I have also observed, nations that have speeded up balance of economic power have done it through some form of exclusion e.g. Indians only buy from Indians, same for Jews, Portuguese, Afrikaners, Greeks, Muslims etc. These nations are united and help each other and in doing so, guarantee that the rand circulates around and multiplies 3 to 10 x before it moves outside their borders thereby gaining economic power. Black people in SA are the only nation that gets paid and with a money multiplier of one hand over back the money to the master and therefore putting a permanent stamp to black slavery and dependency syndrome. Only people I have observed who are consumed by jealousy, fear of neighbour doing better, not pulling each other up but suffering from pulling down syndrome.
